a neuroscience approach

Our signature approach blends traditional coaching techniques with a basis in neuroscience to help you move beyond dreaming and into achieving. We marry goal-setting with science-backed methods to help you make simple shifts that instantly put your brain and body in the optimal space to achieve your goals.

As leaders, we love data, and thrive on it to help us make decisions day-to-day. But without understanding what influences those decisions we may be ignoring the most important piece of data available to us: our brains! You’re always trying to maximize - time, effort, energy, investment, productivity, results. But to achieve your peak, you’ve got to be firing on all cylinders - and that means making sure you’re setting your brain and body up for optimal output. You wouldn’t run a marathon without training or fueling your body. Why would you try running your business without training your mind?

So what does a neuroscience approach mean, exactly?

A neuroscience approach recognizes that our brains control our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, which determine how we show up — and how likely we are to achieve our goals. In addition to traditional executive coaching techniques, our signature neuroscience approach includes a full assessment to uncover how well you’re leveraging your natural chemistry - and what small changes you can make to sail past the blocks that have previously gotten in your way.

Have you ever set a goal for yourself, told yourself you were 100% committed to achieving it, and maybe even had a plan to get there that…only to find it never got off the ground? If this has happened to you, you know that willpower alone does not reliably overcome obstacles and achieve goals. Why not? Without understanding how your brain works, you may be inadvertently setting yourself up for failure. To perform at our best, we must use our natural chemistry to our advantage and put ourselves in the best space to achieve the goals we’ve set.
